Add illustration to "Media" chapter #220

In the "Stories that bring us together" section of the Media chapter, we describe a regime of content curation highlighting the social context where a piece of content is "common knowledge". It would be useful to have a "wireframe" version of this to help readers understand what this would feel like as a web interface.
