add test for enterprise -> enterprises #116

Currently enterprises as plural, is converted to singular as enterpris instead of enterprise.

Let's fix it!

I added a test and a fix. However if there is a better way to solve this issue (with one of the RegEx rules) then I am happy to change the code.
