how to calculate GEV of each map? #14

I have performed microstate analysis on my data, and I want to compare the GEV of each map between conditions. Is there any way that +microstate can extract this information?

Hi, unfortunately +microstate currently doesn't have the ability to do this. GEV is currently only calculated globally across all maps. Sorry about that! Hopefully this is something to come in future releases of +microstate. To compare global GEV between conditions you can follow the steps in tutorial 2, particularly the section "Plot GEV in 1st and 2nd scans".
