CleanChroot.sh: MAINTUSR could be configured by environment variable #92

The maintuser was hard coded in CleanChroot.sh. The user could be set with the following variable:

export MAINTUSR=ec2-user

Trying to process this PR. Unfortunately, EPEL seems to be having issues and our CI system can't validate the code. Will try again in a few hours or early next week.
