HUD mode - mirror limit #47

I was wondering if long term this might could be something that could be incorporated? I like to use HUD apps a good bit, so to be able to display the speed limit next to the speed in those apps would be awesome. Configurable text and sign colors would be cool too. But I know I have already asked a lot.

29 and a couple other issues include your feature requests. I'll close this issue, but do continue to make feature requests! It's always good for me to know what users want, even if it may take me a while to get to implement them.

Do you know if there is a way to see if heremaps speed limits are still being pulled to my device? I ask because for a few weeks there wasn't hardly a road I drove on that didn't have the speed limit already in the database, and now it's mainly the interstates again. Which is fine, it's mainly what I use it for anyway. I am just curious if there is a way for me to check and see if both api's are getting responses from the server. I was looking through the code, and it seemed like this was what it was doing.

HERE Maps is temporarily disabled right now due to high costs. I am sorting out the pricing - adding caching in the latest beta is one reason for reducing the price as much as possible. OpenStreetMap will always remain free.

Oh, that's no problem. I never knew there was a cost associated with it, although it does make sense. I just appreciate all the effort you have put into the app. Thanks again for the responses.
