This should be checked, and if it's not set...

Right now we don't install Docker if it's missing, so I guess we wouldn't touch this either, just give a warning. If we change this installer to perform Docker installation, we'd reverse that.

Copied the tests from plushu/plushu-nginx almost directly (the way it's flowed to is a little different).
