Update to 1.19.3 #25

~This a temp solution because the migration of the carpet api is not yet complete.~ Now use MagicLib Compat API.

Note that you don't need to migrate to the new settings api for 1.19.x, it'll just warn in the log until then. And if you need help with that feel free to ask in the carpet discord, there's also a migration guide in the wiki.

考虑到 GitHub Actions 构建文件需要登录账号，并且90天过期，将转移到 Nyan-Work/plusls-carpet-addition 发布 prerelease。

Considering that GitHub Actions build artifacts require a login and expire in 90 days, they will be moved to the Nyan-Work/plusls-carpet-addition release prerelease.
