pt_BR translation updates #307

Some translations weren't considering the context the strings appear, and have been made more adequate. Some inconsistencies have been fixed.

Also adds translation of the app's description.

I've added my updated translations there. Or so I hope, the interface is somewhat confusing.

I did notice a couple of strings in which the "current" translation in crowdin did not match the one in the actual strings.xml in the repository, though.

Thank you, @ekalin Remembering my first experience with Crowdin I agree that interface of the translation service is unusual. But it's oriented on helping collectively work on the app translations. Just look what projects are using it already... On my first experience with Crowdin I proposed, discussed and then tested several improvements... You could help them also now ;-)
