Enhancement (Added an option) #369

This is for assignment purpose :) Enhancement on adding an option to display event time above title/event description. Description of option is updated to the all languages except kab, zh-rTW, ro, fa, da, ko and bg.

  1. It would be good to discuss the new layout first in the https://github.com/andstatus/todoagenda/issues?q=is%3Aissue+sort%3Aupdated-desc section. With screenshots. Let's start there!

  2. Then PR will be made not to this repo, but to current main repo of the widget: https://github.com/andstatus/todoagenda

  3. We don't add translations to the source code directly. We add them via Crowdin online service instead, see https://crowdin.com/project/todoagenda
