docs: Add installation and usage instructions #4

Hello! First, thanks for this library! It has been very helpful for handling SRT and VTT files consistently.

I thought it would be nice to provide installation and usage instructions in the README, so people who are looking to use this library know what it will feel like without having to look at the TypeScript files. This PR adds installation and usage instructions, and makes a couple other slight fixes for grammar and capitalization
