Switch to USB-C M-13 #2

Because the M-14 is not available anymore at JLC, this PR switches the PCB over to M-13. The M-13 is also not available all the time, but still in stock sometimes.

For some reason the logo is removed, adding it back. Was this on purpose @plut0nium ?
