Mission

In https://github.com/pluto/proving_ground/pull/1/commits/d22c953e435bcd3676183af6c6a5de34e7bc38e6 the error that is emitted when circuit arities are not matching across the list of circuits was commented out.

This may lead to unintended behavior or improper error messages down the road. This should be addressed properly.
