Dear @Achilleswcyy,

Thank you very much for being an important part of our esteemed community of users and for opening this important discussion!

The information provided was really helpful. Unfortunately, the biosignalsnotebooks package uses the Bokeh (auxiliary link) library for all features linked with the plot/chart generation, which is not fully compatible with Spyder IDE. Our sincere apologies for this setback.

In order to ensure the visualization of the charts, hoping that you don't consider the following suggestion inappropriate, we recommend the usage of the biosignalsnotebooks package in the Jupyter Notebook environment. The following link shows how-to install and launch it through pip:

I will carefully wait for your extremely valuable feedback about the viability of the previous path!

My best and sincere regards, @GRamosPlux

Thank you very much for your reply! I have implemented the relevant functionality in Jupyter Notebook. Regarding your comment that "median frequency" is an important parameter for determining muscle fatigue, did you mention it in your published paper? I will cite your article in my upcoming paper.

Dear @Achilleswcyy,

The team is really glad for understanding that the previously presented path was appropriate!

Concerning the Median Frequency parameter, first of all, thank you very much for your interest in our published paper. Indeed, this is a really valuable parameter to evaluate the existence of muscular fatigue.

A very interesting paper that was helpful for the team (and that we hope it can be useful for you too) is the following one:
