In medias.php, don't link directly for an file image but displays an image inside an anchor tag with zoombox.
Otherwise, add download attribute in the anchor tag if the file is not an image in good format
Add _rel="noreferrer nofollow" to the anchor tag.
Add name="referrer" with noreferrer in meta tag for the head in top.php
