This PR offers all the core functionality Quite a big PR, to avoid the code/ review friction, this PR does a lot of things

Since time is short we took the decision to create a big PR instead of separating the work to be done

Auto opens an editor
Watches for any file changes
Auto compiles the code using gcc/g++
Runs checks on the program's output. Different input args can be set for different checks. Every check is run in parallel
