What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The line separating the properties in the tree does not continue into the
decoration area on the left
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.1.3 on Windows XP 64
I think the tree would look more appealing if the line continues over the
complete width of the item.
