Restart strategies text for cron incorrect? #244

In https://github.com/pm2-hive/pm2-hive.github.io/blob/master/docs/features/restart-strategies.md

It seems the --cron-restart section doesn't have a heading and had its explanation copied from the "Exponential Backoff Restart Delay" section, which seems incorrect.
