Duplicating or Pasting more than once duplicates entity names #52

Although this affects all entities, this creates weird bugs for network diagrams and flowchart diagrams, as the names for these entities are sequential ID numbers.

To fix this bug:

When duplicating entities, assign a new name via CLinkFactory::GetID()
When copying entities, do not set the name for the entities in the clipboard
Set the name when pasting the entities
