Adds in a travel event where the loan shark comes after you if you haven't paid your debts.
There are three levels of severity:
minor: you lose 25% of your current health
severe: you lose 75% of your current health
fatal: you are killed and must restart the game
The level of severity increases the longer you go without paying back your debts. the counter can be reset by traveling to Park Street and paying back at least half of your debt.
Turns where you encounter another special event (mugging, raiders, lost brahmin, etc.) do not count towards the timer.
