Adds guns.

Player can purchase guns from KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor.
Player can carry up to 3 guns
Better guns are more accurate and have a higher hit chance in combat
When a gun runs out of ammo, it is discarded
If a player has no guns, they cannot shoot and must run or bribe
