Changed tooltip screenshots to show additional info #87

And edited readme accordingly

@mifunetoshiro you actually have to upload the files for the screenshots and name them something different, and then I have to go in and manually change the links in the README markdown haha. It's convoluted but necessary.

As you can see right now it just changed the text and kept the old images.

@pmaji pictures updated for me on the readme, but the ladder screenshot is stretched and ugly because it's 144 pixels high, but height is set to "250" in the readme. Maybe you should make new screenshots in your native (bigger) screen resolution

@mifunetoshiro likely just a caching issue then. Show up for me now too. I resized the second screenshot to make it work.
