Cannot set CTRL-T as a shortcut #24

I have attempted to set CTRL-T to "duplicate tab". When doing this it does nothing (continues to do a new tab and not duplicate tab)

I can confirm this keycode never gets emitted by Firefox. Not sure if there is anything we can do here. Perhaps raise an issue with mozilla on bugzilla?
