  1. All 3 fields are not aligned properly, Unique code field is little right side
  2. Change the mobile icon, currently inside mobile icon, there is a right arrow, it should not be there
  3. Error message must display above login button in red color
  4. Only on click of Login button, error message should display(Error message may be validation of field or from api)
  5. If I click on forgot password, it is opening register page, just put a message "Contact admin to know the password"
