1. Keep one new field Registration fee inside Package box, this field is optional
2. Freeze Package Amount field
3. Add 3 new fields after package amount field: a) Discount in Percentage, b) Discount in Amount c) Payable Amount
4. Payable amount automatically filled same as package amount
5. Whenever Package is selected from dropdown, above discount in percentage and amount must become 0 or empty
6. Whenever discount in percentage field entered, discount in amount and payable amount automatically calculated
7. Same as health, we need Body Measurements
8. You can keep one dropdown to select body measurement(DD_BODY_MEASUREMENTS)
9. On selecting body measurement, add it to table with name, value, unit and delete icon
10. unit is a droddown(options: inches, cm, feet)
11. all required parameters are already added in development API, please call me if any doubt
