interaction issue #4

hello, I wish you are good i am phd student i am workin on evoting with blockchain , i have an issue with the dapp. i runned the dapp and and i connected the wallet with it but when i intercat with the dapp in the browsser any things happen and thiere is many functionality on it ,i dont know wich one i should began. also i wich if you could help me with that and if you have a User's Manual for the d'app.
