Create new Discord invite link #43

The old invite is no longer valid. Would be nice if a new one is generated and added to the read-me.

This was intentional - I deleted the server.

I made that discord to foster discussion around Pokemon bot development, but it just turned into people asking me very basic tech questions that I frankly don't have the time nor patience to answer.
