Ramp up volume on start #13

When noise is first started, the sudden change from silent to potentially loud noise can be jarring, especially for a baby. It would be nice if the volume slowly ramped up.

v3.6 should be in the Play Store now. Please marvel that I added this while almost making the code simpler.
