Merge XIOS check and minore changes here and there (add missing file in repo, fix sign issue for melt after removing call to procedure MinusA, ...). Two thing still remain:

[ ] Clarify with only Melt give an integrated value different in Savescalar
[ ] Check all netcdf varaible with paraview (need sno account)
