Feature request: add NOTRUNC support to Transfer() action #71

At the moment, the NOTRUNC option (IND$FILE command) can't be specified when calling Transfer() function. Adding NOTRUNC support allows to download "complete" records, without cutting (empty but potentially meaningful) record data. Thanks in advance.
