the das_fits_file_handler.py script monitors the fits_file_test directory for new fits headers, then looks at the DAS machines to wait for a new fits file. It uses the image type to determine whether to look in the normal/flat/bias/etc path. Ideally this script should be running in the back ground most of the time, so maybe a cronjob? I might need to update the paths used for a cronjob to work properly
