Update to codenarc 1.1 as per #64

Only 1 new rule has been activated in the default sonar profile : InvertedConditionRule

Also updated groovy to latest stable version

Tested and working on 6.7.1 lts of sonar

This (and other issues) are fixed in release 1.6
