Please provide a link to manual download the plugin. wget https://some url to plugin in Jar This will help facilitate the creation of a docker image that has this plugin jar as part of the image.

Plus one to question above, I want to use the plugin for SonarQube v6.7.1 in creation of docker image

For my automation scripts or docker images I am using the 'releases page' from Github: https://github.com/pmayweg/sonar-groovy/releases
