ESV everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.

NKJV whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

NASB everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain.

Seems a little odd to refer to the Lamb being slain from the foundation of the world.

Maybe what the writer above is saying is the from is the same as “since.” That is to say, it is the names that have been written in the book of life since the world was founded. So as people put their faith in Christ, their names are added to the book of life.
