[Idea] SFDX Plugin support? #1

This would be pretty cool to invoke out of the existing SFDX CLI as a plugin.

I was originally thinking about distributing it as a standard NPM package, but I really like your idea SFDX plugin.

Actually that would be cool to have it as an NPM package so that we could build the plugin upon it.
