"No Synaptics Device Found" #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download drivers.
2. Restart PC.
3. Start up TwoFingerScroll

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should start up but instead I get an error message "No Synaptics Device 
Found" even though I have installed the correct drivers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 on an Inspiron 1545.

Please provide any additional information below.
