Incorrectly sized FoV image #66

Aeon (one of the summer students) found an exposure where the FoV image is mis-sized: viewer.html?release=Y1A1&expname=DECam_00232387&ccd=62

That's a problem for DESDM, the image they provided is faulty: It only shows on part of the chip and the dimensions are wrong, too: 800x2565 pixels. Therefore it's displayed wrongly when placed into the FoV modal.
