I can't see any of the cosmics when I turn off the mask.

I don't know if this is an error in the masking itself or because the scalings we have chosen just hide them somehow.

The cosmic rays are being interpolated over in Y1A1.

OK, thanks. This means I have incorrectly marked a bunch of "false" cosmics.
