fits.js inverts images #89

This is probably already a known feature (one that we have been willing to live with for DES), but the fits viewer inverts the y-axis compared to other viewers like ds9. I'm likely going to have to patch this for LSST, and I wanted to create this issue for a possible back-port. An example is below
