variables not either undeclared or was never assigned #40

Dear owner, When I open the ActiveUp.Mailsystem.DesktopClient i get several warnings about variables that might be undeclared or never assigned. also as you can see in the picture it speels about activeUP.Whols,verdion=5.03454.364, culture = neutral, publickeyToken = (the token that is written there) processorArchitecture = MSIL could not be resolved because it was built against the ".NETFramework, Verdion=v4.0" framework

please help me out... messages
