add /fly /rejoin /restart nice plugin btw /v vanish aliase

fly and vanish (and /v) are already a thing. /rejoin isn't rlly needed, you can just rejoin yourself. /restart can be done using your control panel i don't think i'll add it thanks for the feedback!
