No Ubuntu 13.10 Support #19

I tried with Netbeans on Ubuntu 13.10 and it doesn't work. HUD also doesn't 
work.

I think, java-swing-ayatana needs updating to support Ubuntu 13.10 or Unity 
7.1.0

danjaredg, Your project is another reason why we change the Netbeans :)
Aptana slow, bugged, but pretty :D

The bug to support Ubuntu 13.10 is now compleated, please, if exists any 
problem, please, report as a new bug
