Display Lap number per lane still in the race after 1st place finishes #2

  1. Briefly switch the Car Number AlphaNum display to the lap number
  2. Use Lane Neopixels to signal Final 5 Lap countdown

Lane LEDs now signal 4,3,2,1,Final Lap patterns. This is sufficient and I will not implement the AlphaNum Display Change
