Update the list of Cars to Match current owned Cars

Create the ability to enter new cars via the menu.

The Description for two cars were swapped: Was: 33 BMW M1 80 Audi RS5

Corrected: 33 Audi RS5 80 BMW M1

Also for fun I changed the Back to the Future DeLorean from DE to 88 88 BTTF DeLorean
