The '/pmix-standard' will refer to the repo under
the pmix org, which clobbers the previosly named
subdir '/pmix-standard/index.md' info when gh-pages
get rendered online.
So renaming subdir to '/standard'.
So most references to '/pmix-standard' should now be to either:
a) the repo of that name, or
b) PDF with that in the filename.
