Yolox has a Apache 2.0 license. What is this ? Could it be used for commercial ?

Thank you so much. Deepsort uses the licenseGPL-3.0 license, does it mean that YOLOX_deepsort_tracker should also use this license? And we have to publish our code if we use this in our product?
