Alpha miner + ETConformance in rapidprom #3

These patches add new features:

Using rapidprom:
- Support for alpha miner
- Fitness and precision calculation with ETConformance plugin
For transition systems:
- New methods to remove TS states and transitions
- New methods to navigate deterministic-TSs ( has_output_edge, find_output_edge )

It also fixes a syntax error in the existing follow_label method.
