Publish an outline/vision document on how the Chapters program will work #12

There has been a lot of discussion about the Chapter program over the last year and more. Is there a current, up to date, public document that describes how well the program is doing right now, what is in the pipeline, and where you would like the program to be in 1, 2, 5 years?

I think that such a document describing the vision of the Chapter program would be helpful for us potential chapters (I am representing the Israeli Bitcoin Association here).

P.S I'm not sure if this github repo is really the right venue for this or not. Potentially such a vision document can be included in the github repo...

If you think it's off-topic feel free to close this issue.

@ripper234 As the new Affiliate Director as of April, 2014, I am working on a plan that outlines the Chapter program that expands through the end of 2015.

The vision was presented in Amsterdam on "Affiliate Day". I plan is based on feedback from our existing affiliates and from a survey from the conference. Yes, there will be a program document that will be available late June. Starting in July we will run bi-weekly public webinars to discuss/explain the program for anyone interested in becoming an affiliate.

This information will all be available on our new website that will be online in July.

Yes, please close this issue, this is not the right venue. If anyone has immediate questions, please contact me at anytime, affiliates@bitcoinfoundation.org.

I like the idea of a vision document hosted in a public repo. But, agree that it's not really a bylaw issue so closing this.
