Updated the Membership Dues Schedule should the silver read OR less than 2 years in business? Otherwise what about the other logical cases (e.g. <25 and more than 2 years?)

The Board voted to close this pull request and pull request #13 until we have a static URL for pricing. Once our new website is launched we'll be able to submit a new pull request that points to the website for current pricing information.
