Hi, i have created two templates based on yours. One using the same baseimage as the quarkus team and one which is created "FROM scratch" which youst contains the needed libs as i could not get the apline variant to work with 1.2.0.Final. But the image created from scratch runs as root as could not get the /tmp writeable in the image.
Please have a look at this if this is worthwhile to integrate into your image.
