Add an option for generating implementation for RedPipe using Resteasy and a Swagger/OpenAPI specification.

I'm looking into this to see if I can figure out how to add to the slush-vertx code myself. We'll see how it goes.

If you need any help don't hesitate to contact me. You can pretty use all code from vertx-web-openapi-server generator and change only the code inside templates
